Shipping & Processing Times

We know you are so excited to get your package, but please allow us 1-3 business days to get your package out. Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship with USPS. Once shipped, USPS delivery time may vary. While most will arrive on time and in the estimated timeframes, delays can happen that are beyond our control. Southern Sioux Babes is not liable for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.

Tracking

You will get in email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Adresses

Please double check your shipping address before you complete your order. Southern Sioux Babes is not liable for packages shipped to the incorrect address.

If shipped to incorrect address that was provided, we can not guarantee that we will be able to recover the package or replace once in has been shipped.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend to the correct address.
